False Ban in Battlefield V - It's so unfair, I need your help
Hi everyone and EA Community Managers,
I am writing this post with a heavy heart to seek help regarding an unjust ban on my Battlefield V account about six months ago. We tried appealing before but got nowhere. Now that I’ve heard about the new Anti-Cheat team, I am sharing our story here hoping for a real human review.
Six months ago, my two friends and I were playing Battlefield V in a private ROG booth at a standard, legitimate internet cafe. The next morning, we woke up to find our accounts banned.
I truly, deeply love the Battlefield series, and I have absolutely no motive or reason to cheat. If you check my account, you can see I own Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1, Battlefield V, Battlefield 2042, and Battlefield 6. As a die-hard fan, why would I ever do anything to ruin the game I love? I absolutely hate cheaters.
I have a completely clean record across all other EA titles and every single game I have ever played across all platforms. Battlefield V is the only game where I have ever encountered a ban. This is incredibly hard to accept, and it is deeply unfair to us. This account holds so much of my hard work, dedication, and beautiful memories. If possible, please, please look closely into this. I swear I have never cheated.
My friends’ accounts are XZG1949101 and wdnmdblyeat. The three of us are truly innocent. We did nothing wrong, and we suspect something on the internet cafe’s PCs triggered a false positive.
We just want a fair, manual review of our case. Thank you so much for reading and for your time.

If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you. Your friends would need to do this from their own accounts as well. It's definitely appreciated that you're looking out for them, but we aren't able to review their accounts based on your request.
I do see you've mentioned appealing in the past, and as long as the team hasn't mentioned they won't review additional appeals, a different member of the ToS team will review any new appeal that's submitted. They may use templates in their responses, but appeals are manually reviewed.
We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. Thanks!
