Lost Connection to EA server after move from Origin to EA

Hello,

I'm having trouble accessing my copy of Battlefield V on Origin. I understand that there have been changes to the platform, and I'm uncertain about how to proceed. i tried so many times for this game back online, troubleshooting connection and anything, but it wont work. Could you please provide guidance on how I can continue to play the game or access it through the current EA Desktop App? Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
