Lost progress entirely

My Battlefield V game save had hundreds of hours poured into it, with dozens of purchases made both with real world currency and in game, and now they are lost. I would really appreciate some help.

    Hi @Halosamurai3. Sorry to hear that. However, with problems like this we can´t help you here. You should contact the EA help website: https://help.ea.com/en/
    They are the people, that are hopefully able to help you. 🙂
  • The game can sometimes desync - have you tried unplugging your system for a few minutes and restarting the game?

    If the problem persists for more than a day I advice you to speak with an EA Game Advisor

  • Most likely either the EA servers are having issues and it will come back once that is fixed or you are logged into the wrong account.

  • @N3DISCORDIA Give it a little time, if nothing changes I suggest you to contact EA Support. They have tools to check and add your in-game content and similar and they will most probably solve your problem.
  • Yeah, did that too. Unfortunately no help from multiple reps

    If that's the case you need to contact EA Help again.


    Tell them:

    A: You unlinked your account and then relinked to the same EA account

    B: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/unlink-gaming-accounts-from-ea-account/ states that "If you unlink your platform account and link it back to the original EA Account it was linked to, you’ll get back all of your stuff." 

    C: Despite B, you didn't get your progress back and you would like the issue escalated if necessary so you can get your progress back.
