Low FPS with Low GPU Usage

hello, Since a few days, whenever I play BF V I have low fps (30-60, but mostly 40) and my GPU Usage is only about 40-60%. It doesn't matter on which settings I play, they don't change the fps or th...

    -try resetting bfv to default graphic settings

    -if brfv is on hdd then move it to an ssd and make sure this is trimmed (defragment for ssd + disable auto defrag during operation hours) and has plenty of space available. 

    also make sure the SSD firmware and motherboard bios are up to date 

    install latest drivers for nvidia card and AMD motherboard chipset

    reduce all background activity (no windows update or GRB software / virus scanner) or do a cleanboot
