M1907 SF missing mastery for Gold Plated Muzzle

I noticed it yesterday that my "Gold Plated Muzzle" is also missing and I did all the M1907 SF assignments month ago probably also in december. I haven't noticed it before cause I was always using another skin. I reported it with a ticket at EA Help and also linked this thread, but the response was:

"Please note, as we've not seen reports of this muzzle being missing from other players, hence the best option at this moment would be to keep playing the game and this shall sync the missing muzzle for you."

I've played for month and it didn't show up so I doubt it will magically appear from playing in the next days. There are also lots of reports from players who are missing the muzzle, but most of them back from december last year.

Can you help me or what should I do?

Edit: I reopened the ticket and mentioned case 45780541 on EA Help, I got that tip from another user who had the same problem, hopefully that will help.

If you're still missing that skin please reach out to our Live-Support team by opening up a new case so they can get that looked into for you. 👍

after reaching weapons level 10, i dont recieve any mastery assignments since the last update. so far i got 3 weapons to level 10. for first two, support granted me mastery assignments manualy but for commando carbine, they dont have a solution. apparently, they dont have this weapon in their scripts and so, they cant add it manualy. but however, this are just temporarily solutions. we need a longterm one. playing on PC. please help. @EA_Atic  @EA_Blueberry

I talked to 3 different people from the support team, everyone tells me to keep playing the game and it will eventually show up, but I already played hundreds of hours since December/January and it hasn't shown up so far. I will try a live support chat, maybe they can help me.
