M1911 silver plating

I contacted the EA Game Consultant, but he couldn't do anything and couldn't solve my problem, but I never received the M1911 silver plating. Who should I contact to get it?

    Dear 109sama,

    I am sorry you never received your Silver Plated M1911 and the EA Game Consultant couldn’t help you. If you played BFV as a subscriber to EA Access or Origin Access (Premier and Basic) from December 10–17, 2018, then you should have received it in your Shipments.

    I am including a link from vgr.com here that may be helpful. As well as the ea.com link BFV Subscriber Reward.
