M30 Drilling "Switch Weapon" Not Functioning

Summarize your bug "Switch Weapons" key bind does not function when the M30 Drilling is set to the single shot rifle mode.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Spawn in as Support class with the M30 Drilling on any server. 2) Switch weapon to single shot rifle mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? Weapons do not switch when "Switch Weapons" keybind is pressed.
What should be happening instead? Weapons should switch when "Switch Weapons" keybind is pressed.

"Switch Weapons" functions normally when M30 Drilling is in double shotgun mode. Also using the scroll wheel to switch weapons functions properly when bug occurs.

    Summarize your bug Can't toggle fire mode once reload starts
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fire the sniper round and try switch fire mode.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Get killed because I cant switch rounds.
    What should be happening instead? Should be able to switch fire modes like before patch without getting stuck reloading.

    Edit: Note that you can quickly change mode if you do it before the reload starts and you just switched back to the gun from another item.

    If you throw/take and ammo pouch you can switch during the animation
