This also happened to me. I have never even installed any hack or cheat apps. I tried to get in touch and I’m still waiting for a response, but I’m starting to lose hope. I feel wronged in every way, because I have always followed the rules and kept my subscriptions up to date. I will not install BF6 if that was their intention. I hope that one day I can recover my account, reconnect with my online friends, and continue to have the right to play BF5. I also hope they provide an explanation for the reason — whether it was an anti-cheat error or some legitimate process that may have caused a false positive.
Hello JnSMrZ,
The pictures are all from websites not owned or operated by EA, they don't hold any strength in proving anything. Bans are handled by the EA ToS team, if you believe you were wrongfully banned, then you should start a ban appeal process.

If the ban appeal process served any purpose, we wouldn't feel so enraged. Wrongfully accused players look forward to proving their loyalty and integrity, yet the responses they receive are always the same—nothing but meaningless, copy-pasted emails.

think I speak for everyone who's been unfairly banned recently. The appeal's aren't being looked at. I was banned from BF1 last Friday and instantly appealed. 24hrs later appeal was denied so I appealed again- That was six days ago and its still not been answered. I've tried several ways to contact a human at EA but it doesn't seem possible. I'm going to close my account and never play EA games again. Its despicable to accuse me of cheating, ban me from playing a game I've paid good money for, and make it impossible for me to speak to someone and get it sorted out. EA don't care about their customers, they don't care about making good games, they care about having your money in their bank.

Hello danisoff ,
Yes, I have already appealed twice. “Waiting in the studio” has been the message since the 13th. I just want to know the specific detail that caused their “error” — it could be a conflict with another legitimate process on my PC, something that resulted in a false positive. The screenshots from the websites are my only “evidence” for my defense, if I’m even expected to prove anything.

Sometimes it can take up to 14 days, unfortunately there is no way around this JnSMrZ.
