Thank you for playing. I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your rewards unlocks. This is a known issue.

 

Battlefield V known issues and bugs (with workaround)

 

I have included a link to the Battlefield V Quality of Life Tracker (Trello board) for the tank skin issue. It says it has been fixed.

 

Tiger Tank skins have been locked again
