Hi,I am from Saudi Arabianow i'm playing with high ping +120, and delay response in EU servers, i'm getting bored because of that day after daythis isn't fair that I play with people who has 39 Ping because they absolutely have advantage Why Did EA shut down Middle East servers?I hope that EA return our servers to enjoy the gamethanks

you dont fel that? they (euorpe) dont wanna you to even live ,so you asking for server .

@Aboody_023 If memory serves they mentioned that the servers weren't very active and saw a trend of people in the region joining EU servers (potentially due to Quickmatch sending them OOR) so shut them down.While anything is possible they most likely won't return them, or any of the other regions where they've shut them down.

@Aboody_023 Distance is a factor you need to keep in mind when it comes to ping and ms add in all the routers/server hubs that sends on your data also needs to handel it there is a lot of factors to have in mind for data travel. 120+ I would say is pretty good from Middle East to the EU. But keep the feedback going for middle east servers. /Atic

@Aboody_023 Even when i connect my PS4 Console Directly with wired connection it doesn't make any effect, now i can't see any reason to play this game

i respect their choice ...
but they have to find a solution for us
such as improve or upgrade their EU servers
because we have (120+) ping latency
and facing people who has (60) or less ping latency !!

There isn't much chance of that as the use AWS servers and I just can't see EA paying them more while they're cutting costs by shutting server regions down.

@Aboody_023 Dear EA,
you have to respect Middle East community
so if you never want to get back our servers
you have to:
1- Upgrade the EU servers
2- move the EU servers to somewhere at middle of us, so that we could play fair game.

(pocket lose) is also a problem,
so focus on the servers upgrade or do any maintenance

i'll say no more about that.

@Aboody_023 That's not how servers work, if a EU server is moved to outside of its region its no longer an EU server. Servers are still physical items.

For packet lose I recommend to take a look on our connective guide here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

Keep in mind as you are connecting quite far away its not uncommon that you hit a bad network hub that causing the problems.

Packet lose also means you are losing data towards the server so somewhere on its way to us parts of your data disappears.
