@DabBoy710So after the end of a ToW week, the gun isn't available until after the follow ToW week. We'll use this week as an example, the Grease gun ToW is going between Thursday the 16th of January - Thursday the 23rd of January. For those who didn't manage to unlock it within that time can purchase it for 1,700 Company Coins from within their company on Thursday the 6th of February.
All the guns you may of missed in past ToW events will be available within your company tab. You won't be able to buy them while in a game so go into the company tab in the main menu before your load up a match and go through all the classes and you'll see weapons without a padlock. These weapons were the ToW issued weapons, the padlock are rank specific levels where you'll unlock them as you progress that class through 1 - 20. ToW weapons will remain in your company for good whether you unlock them now or later, so don't stress, you won't lose them.
While you're going through the ranks in each class, go into your assignments tab and you can see you'll be able to not only unlock different skins for your weapons by doing these assignments but also unlock new cosmetic skins specific for the class you're progressing but don't worry you can equip these cosmetics to any class once you've unlocked them.
As for cosmetic items you get with the ToW, if you don't get them within that week, these cosmetics will be available in the Armory every so often and require Company Coin for it, Full sets of armor however to complete the set will usually cost the premium currency known as BOINS.
