Need help with account

Question

I've got BF5 on child account and i can't play multiplayer. Support has told me that's because child account and after a reach 16, it will be converted into teen account where multiplayer is enebled. So my questions are:

When account will be converted, will it like lock and require email to be usable ?

I got BF5 via redeem code, is there a way ro restore that reddem code so i can move licence to another account?

However, you’ll need to contact EA Help (help.ea.com) to see if it's possible to move the game to another account. Bear in mind that the parent or guardian on the account may need to do this for you.
