Missing Class Mastery Assignments

There are no tasks for commandos,medic,support soldeers and scouts, but they are all level20

    Hi Kristina0w0,

    If you've confirmed that they're not simply in the Armory waiting to be claimed, you can try the suggestions in the "Item Acquisition" section of the BFV FAQ:

    Battlefield V FAQ | EA Forums - 6825895 

    However, if those do not work either, you will need to visit help.ea.com and open a support case. The steps you would need for this are:

    • Go to help.ea.com.
    • Search for Battlefield V.
    • Choose the "I'm looking for something I earned" option.
    • Select either the "Email us" or "Chat with us" option (depending on what options appear at this point).

Not to be combative, but I do. I've opened support cases in the past and had the issues resolved within the expected SLA, and  actually had a brief live chat with an EA agent yesterday while testing it to help in another thread. 

If your case has only been open for a day, then it's a matter of being patient I'm afraid. However, if it goes for a week without a response, however, then it would be worth opening a new one or trying a live chat in that case.

Not combative at all mate cheers for the reply as long as I know it’s normal waiting time it’s all good ill just have to wait I’m seeing it’s a issue with buying getting the definitive edition aswell which I literally bought a couple hours before I got to level 20, and with the live chat suggestion when I was on ea help they only gave me the option to email but it’s all good I’ve just seen people saying they’ve waited months and still hadn’t had a reply but can’t believe everything and could of easily of been missed cheers mate.
