Missing game disk
I had purchased a copy of Battlefield V for the PS4 before Xmas from my local Tesco's. When I has got it home, unwrapped it and ready to take the fight on the battleground, I open the game case and see there was no disk inside. I thought maybe it would a downloadable code on the little leaflet you get, but nothing. So, I went back to Tesco and asked them for help, but got told there was nothing they could do as the game case would have been sealed. Which it was when I bought it. I was then told I would need to contact the publisher of the game. But they couldn't tell me how to contact the publisher. So I emailed their complaints team, and explained it to them. And I'm still being told to contact the publisher or Sony. So, I'm out of pocket, the fight on the battlefield is going on without me, and I don't know what to do now. Can anyone, someone please help
If there was no disc present in the case then there is no other recourse other than to try again to get this resolved via your retailer, Tesco in this case.
