Missing Multiplayer Privileges Battlefield V XBOX ONE

Just purchased the game today was super ecited to play online and now having this exact isssue on Xbox one X

Tired resetting xbox and internet to no avail. Please get this fixed I am super dissatisfied.

On Xbox live I'm having this issue on all EA games. Also in Texas

Dudes...this is beyond frustrating. I’m a casual gamer. I dont have much time to play with a new born now in our house and when I do, I encounter this crap! Whatever happen to “turn on and play”? Every time I turn on my Xbox this crap needs to update or the game this an update or it’s mother needs an update....I spend more time updating than actually playing. I don’t have the luxury of updating for freaking 20minutes every time I turn this thing on....and now this?!? What the hell EA / XBOX? Whatever happen to being fun?!

i don’t want to reboot my console and/or my router 300 times. I don’t want to be writing this stupid paragraph either. I just want to play a game online....at least one of them bruh....but neither Battlefield V, FIFA or Battlefront 2 will work....not cool man. Not cool!

if any of you good people find a solution to this mess that isn’t reinstalling my freaking life, please let me know. If not I’m tossing this garbage out the widow. 

Hey, tried to contact us, it keeps sending me back to the form when I choose tech issue and connectivity, I have same issue, missing multiplayer privileges since today.. didn’t have issue to play before and everything is up to date including memberships, please help.

This doesnt make sense i have the xbox game pass but it said its a trial version but when i try that with other bf games it works
