Missing Online Access - Battlefield V

When I try to access multiplayer, I get a message that says “this EA account is restricted from accessing any online features.” This is frustrating, since I have no bans, and this happened out of the blue, a day after it was working fine. This is my day off I’m just trying to relax..

    Hi @peppaJack53 This kind of message would imply that your account has been actioned. Have you checked your ban history and your linked email for any messages from EA's ToS team? Also, can you upload a screenshot of the message?
