Missing Online Access - Brand new account

Legeeends! I JUST created my first EA account and have connected it with my PlayStation account but I am still unable to connect in the game. It says it’s restricted and I have no idea what to do next? Any ideas? Ha. 💁🏼

    Aaaaaah, some how I think I had an issue on the EA games end when I first created the account. I logged in this week and I’d been signed out on the PlayStation end for some reason. 
    IT IS NOW WORKING!  Hahaha 😄💁🏼 I don’t know. Thank you for helping legends. 🥰🤘🏼

    maybe you should check with your ea acount messages to make sure it is working

    The only other thing I can recommend is that you try talking with EA support. I have searched a few forums relating to this topic and it seems to be only solvable with the help of EA support.

    P.S. it is not. It says adult account.
