Missing online access

So yesterday i activated Origin Basic to try out Battlefield V but in the menu screen it sais "missing online access", and im not banned and i have internet conection. I also tried turning off Direct...

Please do not make others waste their time. The trial does not work and everyone knows it. .....check out the huge 10 page thread right next door .the trial does not work, it's a very well known issue for the last month  they still can't fix it
