Summarize your bug Missing Company Coin that I have earned since the Rank 50 bug was evident. To clarify, I am able to earn currency after matches now but have yet to receive any company coin from the past.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Refer to the matches I've played since reaching Rank 50 and credit me for the currency I worked hard to earn.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am poor.
What should be happening instead? I should be reinstated for my hard-earned Company Coin.
Hi,
I was one of the last ones to have the bug fixed on their account that finally allowed me to earn company coin after matches. This was a very long wait for me as I have been Rank 50 for some time and have been unable to upgrade any of my weapons, vehicles, or purchase customizations. On January 24th, an official statement was released stating that Company Coin was retroactively granted to players not only once, but twice now. I have been logging in daily to check for my missing currency to no avail. I contacted EA Customer Support but they were unable to help and referred me to the forums. To clarify, I had not received Company Coin during the first or second retroactive "fix". Please help me, I look forward to your reply.
