Summarize your bug Yesterday at 11:08 i receive a message in PS4 about new chapter 5. Then my current progress drops on all my classess in multiplayer
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? review your stats database server and compare my stats before saturday
What happens when the bug occurs? level drops
What should be happening instead? restore my real stats and progress earned.
Level drops Saturday for me, and all my classess and statistics. My assault rank for example begins from "0" again and all other classes drops from 20 to 10 level. Sniper drops to 1, tanks , planes,.... arghhhh. I think now i waste my time with this game.
Some strange ocurred Saturday because in my PS4 i receive a message Saturday at 11:08 GMT +1 about new chapter V of BF and then drops my progress.
Hope DICE/EA solve this issue soon. Begins again is frustrating.....
I attatch message received on PS4 at 11:08 about new chapter V and my current profile stats with some hours playing after my level was droped.
