I’ve recently maxed out all classes but still haven’t received the mastery mission. I’ve submitted five support tickets about this — only to receive identical copy-pasted responses . Did I choose the wrong topic category? It’s beyond frustrating that this issue remains unresolved.

The issue is well known in the community. To resolve the issue, you should talk to EA support, they are able to grant you the missing assignment. Make sure you explain your situation in detail to the the support agent.
Experiment with the contact options, your goal should be to reach a live support agent.
Thank you for your response, but after contacting EA Support through the "contact us" link at the bottom of the Battlefield V page and following the process to detail my issue, I only received a reply like the one shown in the picture. I then revised my wording and tried multiple times afterward, but the result was still the same. I couldn't find any option to further contact live support.
Just now, I attempted to contact EA Support again through "contact us," but this time I couldn’t even send an email. Instead, I was stuck on a page that says, "This issue isn’t supported by advisors."
