@EA_Kent Also in task manager I usually have nothing enabled for startup.
I usually do this so I don't clutter my computer on startup,
but it could definitely be a service.

It's fixed!
I was messing around with the settings of my mouse and I enabled something I forgot I was desperate just for it to be fixed it was annoying and it fixed it.
