Summarize your bug So i unlocked the chest piece for support level 20 challenges and as i collected it from the armory i went to equipped but it still showed locked.. i click on it thinking maybe a bug and i spend 12,000 cc I’ve had way to many problems with this game. Lvl 20 challenge support i built 25 fortifications in one life for the hazardous conditions torso i get my shipment for the jacket go to my company it shows locked .. i click on it it purchased 24k down to 12k because of a bug
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game it’s everywhere .. occasionally I’ll get an unlocked item redeem from armory then have to wait multiple games for it to come to my company
What happens when the bug occurs? I redeem a reward from a challenge completion from my shipments and it doesn’t go to my company until after a couple games of playing i clicked on the reward i finished and i somehow purchased it even though i fortified 25 fortifications to get that jacket for axis m
What should be happening instead? I should be getting my 12cc back
I completed the lvl 20 support challenges as shown it’s not in my assignments i have pictures of only having 12cc the jacket the hades helmet. I had around 24,000 cc and the game bugged Even though i had the challenge completed i somehow managed to spend 12kcc for the jacket i completed the challenge on
