My account was banned for being inactive
I tried getting into battlefield and got a notification saying, we haven't seen you in awhile so your login credentials have expired so an email was sent to your account to reset password but I no longer have access to the email address and I have been playing battlefield games and other EA games for 7 years
Hi @1776Rome This is something you'd need to speak with EA Help about really. It doesn't sound like you've been banned, it's more likely that you'll need help changing your account details. Just to make you aware, if you no longer have access to the old email, and can't recover it with the provider, then there might not be much that EA Help can do. They'll be able to advise you about this when you contact them though.
