I bought the game from Epic Games Store. Also here is my PC Specs!
If I'm not mistaken, you can launch your game directly from the EA app, even if the game is bought in the Epic Games Store. You should try launching the game directly in the EA app. If that does not work, you should try talking with EA support.
I already tried that but it doesn't work. Thank you though, i appreciate it!
