Nahimic 3 wont work on Battlefield V

Nahimic 3 wont work on Battlefield V.

I have to turn it off on Audio settings to even hear the game. Tryed to fix it a week but not success tryed Origin support and nothing. I think i need a new version of the latest one? If someone have a fix for this i'll be grateful.

The sound is like a beep on Nahimic 3 on ingame but Realtek High definition audio is now working one and quality is poor.

My spec's are: GL73 8SE-011NE, i7-8750H 4.10 GHz, 16GB of ram, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (6GB DDR6), 17,3 inch 120Hz 1080p Screen, Default: Realtek High definition audio & Extra: Nahimic 3 sound technology.

Edit: @XTRA-Larsiano Turned off the surround on Nahmic 3 but still this happends. Even surround off on Nahmic 3 settings. https://youtu.be/xQ7vflQP44I

Edit 2: Yeah, i have on Origin support. This is too on BF1. Nothing is working. @XTRA-Larsiano

    @NikoDeus 

    • So all other sounds works fine also in other games?
    • Have you tried uninstalling the realtek driver manually and install the latest from realtek?
    • Also maybe as test remove the username\documents\battlefield v\settings folder before stating the game once?
    • Check what sound output is selected in windows audio manager
    • try troubleshooting the audio

    Make sure the sound in not in surround mode if using a headset it will sound bad. As 90% of the gamers use Realtek build-in sound this should as it does in other apps should run fine? if not test other speaker(s) or cables etceterra. I disabled Nahimic completely because it used to mush resources.
