Never Received Assault Mastery

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 4
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Select Special Assignment
Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen? No Server but the Game Menu
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 15.02.21
Summarize your bug I completed the Assault Class to level 20 and I didn’t received my Mastery assignment afterwards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By adding the Assignment to my game by account
What happens when the bug occurs? The Assignment will not appear but nothing else that can do a-lot damage
What should be happening instead? The Assignment should’ve been awarded to me

Hello, I’m just here to report a certain bug that has been happening (again) for not receiving my Mastery Assignment after reaching level 20 on my Assault Class on Battlefield V, I tried restarting my System and Game 10 times or more to get it but didn’t appear, I wonder if you guys can help me by sending me the Assignment so I can earn the rewards, If you can do that then I’ll be grateful thanks.

    Hey @Mupps_CK This is a bug which doesn't seem to have been fully fixed unfortunately, lots of players experience it. Sometimes the assignments show up after playing some more matches to completion, but you may need to open a case with EA Help directly.

    If you need to open a case you can either do so at help.ea.com/en/contact-us or, if you use Twitter, you can message @EAHelp.

    Hey @Mupps_CK This is a bug which doesn't seem to have been fully fixed unfortunately, lots of players experience it. Sometimes the assignments show up after playing some more matches to completion, but you may need to open a case with EA Help directly.

    I am having the same problem with my KE7 weapon mastery for assault I'm on the final stage but after it says I have complete the assignment in game I'm not being awarded my final gold weapon part

    Have this problem as well and they told me they couldn't resolve it seems they've moved on and no longer care.

    @Fevin11 unfortunately here in the forum we can help even less with those sort of thing. Sorry.

    I also never received the special Assigment, I even re installed the game and relaunched but it still does not appear!

    I can’t get my mastery assignment on any of my company’s and all of them are level 20. Can u guys get me it

    @Mupps_CK I’m having the same problem with assault mastery 1 i earned it but it’s not showing up at all so got any way to fix this
