Thanks for following up.
Issue happened in two separate games on same Community Server. Not directly following each other.
1st Game:
Al Marj Encampment
First game after update so switched between classes/weapons to test the new stuff
Encountered Zero damage issue one time against one enemy (multiple headshots).
Don't recall using the K31/43 again later in same game.
2nd Game:
Solomon Islands
Play the K31/43 most of the round.
No damage when shooting multiple enemies while zoomed in with scope.
Switching to iron sight does damage.
Changing class using different weapons does damage
Switching back to K31/43 again did zero damage while zoomed in with scope.

South Africa region usually only have active Community Servers, but played once on Europe Official server with no issue.
Will report back if I encounter issue again.
