I've tested it, as it doesn't come out sometimes. I played multiple rounds and respeced my K31.
It seems that the Quick aim and the High power optics spec causes it together. I played many rounds with Reduced muzzle flash and 6x scope, it never appeared. After I respeced to Quick aim+6x zoom, it didn't come out at first, but after a few minutes, it started to hit people but doing 0 damage and even without hitmarker. Once I even spotted the guy I hit (sniper spec), but without hitmarker or damage. Tried to respec multiple times, changed optics (I have the golden too) and I can confirm.
Quick aim and High power optics together causes the 0 damage and no hitmarker bug.
Anyway, only the standard, mint and golden optics works. The predator and urban blue is misaligned (the triangle crosshair works, the 3 lines not)...
I can confirm that the rife deals damage with all-left specs but holy crap the blue scope is useless even with this specs.
