Not get company coins for 1-20 levels

I did not receive company coins for levels from 1 to 20, I am already level 26 and starting from 21 I receive them, but I received no compensation for the first levels.

I know that this is an old bug, I wrote to help.ea and they send me here or don’t try to help, one woman from support actually tried to explain to me that supposedly in the Definition Edition version, instead of these coins, I get weapons immediately, which can be bought with coins usually, but this is absurd, the version is better than the usual one, that is, for which you pay more, deprives you of the opportunity to choose what to spend these coins on?


Another lied to me that he supposedly wrote to another team and I need to wait right here for an answer, but he closed the chat and I don’t see any other ticket or case, I’m just at a loss.


The third, when he saw that I had already checked this forum, where the same person does not give a solution, but writes that for level 21+ there will be coins and in general go earn money on LIMITED tasks (I cannot complete a whole a pack to instantly reimburse myself for coins from levels 1 to 20, they give out 3 of them per day with a total reward of less than 1000, i.e. I have to farm them for a week and wait for the opportunity to buy specializations of ALREADY upgraded equipment?) Why for those Who doesn’t have a bug, these are additional funds, but for me it’s a grind? So, the third one just closed the chat...

Can I get REAL help somewhere in the form of compensation for these coins from REAL support that solves problems, and does not send them somewhere or offer to grind coins that you sell for real money?

I’m really already thinking about wanting to return the money I spent on the game, the situation has killed my desire to play so much.

So, briefly:
I didn’t receive coins from levels 1 to 20, but for subsequent levels I already receive them.
Steam, Definition Edition, PC.
Support from help.ea didn’t help and sends it here; messages with suggestions to grind tasks are not satisfactory, as is the statement of the fact that there is a bug up to level 21.

    Hi @Lie-Heishe I'm sorry to say that there is nobody on these forums who can provide missing in-game items or compensation. The only people who can do this are EA Help, but if they're not able to see the missing currency, which is seemingly the case when it comes to this issue with the Definitive Edition, then I don't think there's anything else you can do other than grinding Company Coin through daily and weekly challenges and so on. 

  • The problem is that they don't even try, they are not support, but a navigation system with a FAQ...
    How can I better formulate a request to them in order to achieve results?


    And please, there is no need to offer me an alternative in the form of earning money in the game, because... I’ve already been farming intensively for the fourth day and this is not a solution.

    It’s a strange situation, my friend doesn’t have such a bug and he already has 40k coins, if he spent it like me, it would be about 20. You can take a full-fledged coloring for vehicles, for example...
    But I was robbed and I am forced to farm hard for the necessary specializations 🙂

    @Lie-Heishe Unfortunately all you can do is to try again with EA Help in the same way you have been. However, if they don't see the coins missing on your account then they won't be able to award them.

    For clarity: there is regrettably nobody here who can access your game account, so the only advice anyone can really offer is to either persevere with the EA support team or earn them in different ways and spend wisely until a balance has been built up.
  • I understand what you are talking about, I just wanted to find out a way, or rather convey my problem to support. Maybe, based on your experience, there is something worth mentioning to them without fail 🙂
    In any case, the next time we communicate, help.ea will not be able to send me here, like the previous time 🙂
