Not recognizing the game as purchased/owned
Hello all,
I am experiencing a very awkward thing that I've never on Origin before.
I purchased Battlefield V sometime ago, even played the first campaign mission to try it out.
So after a couple of weeks without gamin, I tried to launch the game a few minutes ago but failed in attempt to do so. It basically didn't launch using the icon from the desktop.
Then I launched Battlefield 1 and thought that switching to Battlefield V from the menu there would be a good idea.
So I could launch BF 1 but then the magic happened! Even though I own the game and it's installed, I have no access to any of the menus and cannot launch BF5.
Please see the attachments too see that the game is already purchased and installed.

I wonder if this is something account-related. I think it would be best to reach out to the EA Help team so they can bring up your account and take a look. You can find more details on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help website.
