Open Case for EA support

Hey I have an open case that I sent EA 2 days ago to fix the special class lvl 20 asigments that are missing and it seems like the case is "Frozen". When I go to my cases it asks me to resume my cas...

Hey! Thank you for your respond!

I checked everywhere and I cant find any answer from them nowhere.

When I open the case it just shows the email that I sent them.

@ashmouz2 In that case it might be worth trying a slightly different support option to get a live chat.
