Origin to EA app all of my BF V purchased content is now missing.

I just loaded the game up for the first time after a long long time of not playing. The last time I did it was on Origin. I just noticed that none of my purchased content has moved over when I switched from Origin to the EA app. Any idea how to get this fixed?

    Thanks… but that won’t happen…. EA help is doing all it can to not help.

    I emailed them… but been days with no response.

    I made a ticket, they didn’t respond and then marked it as I had to resume to keep the ticket open. If I click resume it doesn’t resume and sends me to the help section.

    I tried getting on chat… the wait time started at 28 minutes. 28 minutes later the wait time was 34 minutes. 

    I open another ticket about my ticket trying to close itself and not letting me resume it because the chat didn’t work.

    @The_NotoriousN8 I get it can be a bit frustrating and wait times can be irritating but unfortunately this has to go through EA Help as we're unable to help with missing content here on the forums.
