Have you tried to disable the "mouse precision enhancement" in the configuration screen of windows \ options for mouse pointer? Also try to disable the advanced video option for "Future Frame Rendering" in the game.

i have mouse precision enhancement disabled always. and i dont have future frame rendering.

When i use Dx 11 i kind of get rid og the laggy mouse issue (i needed some commands to make the game run over 60 fps
this is what happens when i use DX 12. As i said before. Dx 12 gives me enough frames to make the game playable (75 to 110 fps)
Side note: the game usually uses 99% of my gpu, that was a low percentage because i died.- DtrPpBizon7 years agoNew Traveler
I just ended up formatting the computer and that fixed my problem.
