Ping skyrockets to over 999ms randomly

Summarize your bug Ping skyrockets to over a thousand ms. only happens in BFV all other games dont have this problem.Server lists say every NA server is around 500 ms but when i join its around 50. periodical it will jump to over 1000.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? no idea o havnt found anyone else with this issue
What happens when the bug occurs? The ping
What should be happening instead? steady connection.

I used the console command ipconfig/flushdns and it seemed to work for a short while but the problem reoccurred after a match or so/
