Platoon error, no tag and i can't find after joining

Hi, I need help with platoons, I have recently joined a platoon and I don't have any tag on my nickname. On the app Battlefield Companion, I see no issues, I am representing the clan with the tag. ...

    @Rafasgard was the platoon made in BFV menu?

    Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

    Power cycle the PlayStation console
    Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
    Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
    Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.
