Given the global impact of the current situation I'm sure you can appreciate how this has affected us in many ways. As a result we did have to make some changes to our support options. For more info on what exactly has changed I'd recommend checking out this post:

The $5 payment that you mentioned sounds like you're referring to EA Access or Origin Access. If you own one of our games you don't need a membership for one of these services in order to play them. You don't have to pay us a $5 subscription to play EA games that you already own. Please don't spread misinformation.

No this is NOT the answer that solves the issue and it should NOT be marked as solved

It is an answer that will solve the problem for a lot of players.
If it doesn't solve your specific problem, I would suggest creating a new, separate thread.

But if the situation if cross platform and with everyone wouldnโt it suggest a problem with the game itself

Not a helpful solution for someone who already tried this.....repeatedly....
It kicks every 3-4 minutes. This has only been Haledon since last week's update.

Hey @Arcticfox91.
If you haven't already can you try setting a different DNS on your PS4 to see if that helps? I've seen similar cases where using a different DNS can make a difference. To update your DNS settings follow the steps below:
1. Open up the Settings on your PS4, then go to Network. From there go to Set Up Internet Connection, and select either WiFi or LAN cable depending on what you're using.
2. Select Custom > IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)
3. Enter the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4 -- This is the public Google DNS. If there's a different public DNS you would rather use instead that's OK as well.
4. Select Next > MTU Settings (Automatic) > Proxy Server (Do Not Use) > Test Internet Connection
Let me know how it goes when you have the chance. Thanks!
