I'm on xbox I haven't been able to connect either not since the wake island on battlefield went live

ya i think the servers are down or something i get that message on my pc and i upgraded the pc and my internet running 200mbs so i dont know whats up

It is an answer that will solve the problem for a lot of players.

Had you tryed the Repair Game Option?

Are you getting this error when you're trying to log into Battlefield V? Did it just start happening recently?

I am getting the same error message.  When Playing Madden 20 on the PC.  Game will run for a while and then I get that error message.  This started happening about 4 days ago.

Let's try running through some steps to see if we can help out with this error. The best place to start would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. 

If you're still having any trouble after that I'd recommend checking out the PC-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you can.
