same problem here, chat support is not informed about these issues, which is a shame for a big company like EA. This is not as expected for a company, which shall own a working quality management system regarding the handling of issues.
Nonetheless, i guess here a several peple, who are, as far as read, qualified for the promo as advertised, who were or/and are not able to get the discount. This is unfortunately with the actual provided information by support teams wrong advertising or a lack of communication within the company.
I will not judge anyboy for the actual circumstances, i only want to give my feedback for some improvements of internal processes of EA/Origin.
So, i, and all the others would have a feedback about the actual facts (is the promo coming back because of technical issues, if not, why was it advertised until 7th of december, if yes, how long does it take until the promo is back up)... Please provide us some information and keep us up to date, thx and BR (a BF gamer from the first days)
