If the customer service team had even half of your responsibility and enthusiasm, there’s no doubt that countless players like me wouldn’t be repeatedly disappointed with EA. I’ve already sent two emails with no response. I can’t imagine that one day the biggest advantage of an international company won’t be its reliable reputation but the fact that it’s not in your country, so you can’t protect your rights through consumer laws.
@RobotGrillman Just to give you some info since you mentioned not getting a response yet: it can take up to 10 days to hear back from the ToS team after an appeal is created. If you want to double-check, it's mentioned in the "How to appeal a lock, ban, or suspension" section of the guide EA_QueenBee shared above.
