progress through classes and im not receiving the equipment or weapons

as i progress im not receiving my rewards so ive got no extra guns or equipment im lvl 10 on support and have nothing new

Right as from today right now if you lvl once more for each class it will open all your stuff up [Word Removed - Admin] I know

Hey @middlemackey,

Once the server you were playing on finishes and heads to EoR, the weapon should unlock. If you join another map before EoR on another server, you may have to play until the NEXT rank to unlock the item. So for example, if you unlock the MP40 at rank 4, you would have to play to rank 5, then the backend system updates you unlock.

    Well I've advanced 3 lvls on the support class and still not got the pick axe, revolver or the fg 42 that's 3 class lvls

      Hey @middlemackey, 

      We have pushed a fix to address the issue with Rank 20 rewards and any rewards that are from 1-19. If you are missing your rewards for Class Rank 20 and any rewards that are from 1-190, please play a match to completion and the Rewards should drop into your Armory.
