PS4 PRO: Stationary weapon PAK 40 aiming issue

Summarize your bug Stationary weapon aiming glitch (PAK 40), unviewable.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hop onto any PAK 40, try and aim down sight.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen seems so overlap and flicker.
What should be happening instead? normal viewing.
Viewing through the PAK 40 is unstable, the screen doubles up, starts shacking and flickering. Completely unusable. Also registered this issue on the Beta.
I have a video from the beta, although on video it looks less bad then on screen.
