"Random" game crashes

In the last few weeks my game (BFV on PC) has been "randomly" crashing to desktop. Today a user name S-five-h-ex joined the server and started spamming chat saying that they would be randomly crashing peoples game to the desktop. Of course, I didn't believe it. I reported the user for spam and threats. Few minutes later, other players started to complain about being kicked. These users had crashed to desktop. So, maybe these threats aren't made up. A few minutes later, my entire game crashed. Yesterday, half the server had their games crash at the exact same time. Thinking back, any time I had my game crash, it was when someone with the S5HX platoon tag was in the server. These people are blatant cheaters. Using guns not in the game, speeding around knifing people, auto aim, etc. 

I get cheaters aren't supposed to be reported here, and that's not what I'm doing.

This is a real issue. They are crashing specific users games. 

How is this possible? How is this allowed? This is definitely a bug. No one, even admins, should be able to crash another players game. 

What will be done with this?
