Battlefield V War Story gets stuck after a cutscene

I am playing Battlefield V on PC through Steam.

I am playing the final War Story. After a cutscene finishes, the game becomes stuck, and I cannot continue or control the character.

I tried restarting the chapter and verifying the game files through Steam, but the problem is still happening.

Problem: The War Story becomes unplayable after the cutscene.
