What happens when the bug occurs? don't unlock guns
What should be happening instead? Unlocking guns for support

    Having the same Issue. Weapons aren't being unlocked when they should. My medic is Rank is 8. And the I couldn't unlock the gun at rank 1 nor 6.

    Now A Rank 5 Medic on ps4 not a single unlock its happening to all classes on all platforms but not everyone's seem to be fixed by waiting.

    Well you are not only one with that problem, probably almost all players have or had that problem...

    But it could be just a bug or a real problem...

    Some Weapons or Gadgets will appear after some time up to 24h, or for some weapons you will need to lvl up one more time to get 'em, and if nothing of that helps there is always a support, write down a ticket and pray...

    Pray for that you didn't give money for something that isn't working....as it should.

    Pray for that EA will "ONE DAY" fix that problem (some people are praying for months).

    Same I’m rank 20 support and I can’t use rank 8 items like the Bren and machine gunner role
