Ray Tracing Missing!

Hello, I talked to someone on the online support and they said due to a recent patch in BFV, Ray Tracing option was removed. Can anyone else confirm this? I haven't played in a while and I noticed RT...

    @jgiorg18 

    @EA_Atic  asked you what version of your Windows and not Battlefield V. You can check this information by following the steps: For Windows 10- Start  button > Settings  > System  > About.

    Please make sure your Windows is updated to the latest version.

Hey @jgiorg18  Ray racing has not been removed from Battlefield V. Not sure where support got that idea from. 

What version (build number) of windows are you using and what version of Nvidia drivers are you using?

    NVIDIA is 431.60.

    Where do I find the build for BFV? It's whatever the most update that was recently applied. I can't find in the advanced video option DXR any more.

        Also make sure you are still playing on DX12. If you somehow switched to DX11 the option will disappear.

    Quickest way to see Win OS version is to type "winver" in the search or run dialog from the desktop.

    Make sure your NVidia drivers are up to date.
