Hi @EA_Atic ,
I spoke to my ISP and they said they have not had any issues before with regards to connections to AWS. They said the only way they can diagnose it is by having an IP to do some tests on to testing if there are issues with the routing?

We have a free program you can download called the UO Trace tool. It will show which sites your connection is hitting along the way to our servers, as well as average ping time, packet loss, and ping variance.

@EA_Blueberry What good is that tool going to be if you're advised to use the easo.ea.com site? Like him I'm in Australia & I also want too know what the EA servers ip in Australia are so we can diagnose. Otherwise the ping result is always 150-200 ie drops & that your hands are clean. Well they're not!

Can you give something? I want to add the domains of these servers to an VPN exclude list running on my router. Atleast subdomains would be good enough. My request applies for Europe mostly, but all servers would be good.
