Same here.
Before update that PROF_TMP thing worked like a charm. But after update it wont work anymore, it keeps my graph setting saved tho, but still i need to watch that Prologue every time i start the game...

Issue still continues. 3x reinstalled Origin and bf v. 1x windows 10. All drivers fresh installed.
Before update this profsave thing worked, not anymore. Need to set brightness and audio every time and watch prologue too.
Help?!?
Have you tried having Origin reapir the installation? (from the game's context menu in Origin?)
