OK have you tried going through them one by one? Also if you can record a video of the problem that might help too.

I went through them one by one and it only gave me some of them and none of the outfits. In the photo it says I claimed them all but I went to change appearance and there is nothing
- @ahall1951 Have you tried looking at them with a different faction? They might not all be available for the same character.
yes I have. I am able to get weapon cosmetics but I have to do it one by one and I am unable to get any character cosmetics @CarbonCarl

Thanks for the images. They are all ticked so you should indeed have them.
The only thing I've noticed in the pictures is that 'Veiled Threat' is a Axis faction cosmetic, and your second image shows you customising the Allied faction. Are you certain that this particular one is not appearing for your Axis medic class?
When I go to armory and claim all, it says that I claimed them but if I back out of the armory and go back in it takes them all away.

@ahall1951 all clothing is faction specific, Japanese, German, English and American. Take a look on all 4 to see if its there.

I contacted customer support before, and they are not capable of helping you.

Every case is different. There are some things that EA Help might not be able to fix, I'm afraid. That doesn't mean it's the same for every case, though. There's no reason to try and stop anyone from reaching out for help.
For anyone who is having trouble, please don't hesitate to contact EA Help and see if they can fix the issue for you.
