I guess you're on PS4 or on Xbox(not sure if thats a thing on Xbox too)

On PC you'll get the 5 new Weapons right away after you got the Standard or Deluxe Edition pre-ordered. BECAUSE the "Enlister Offer" is included in the download.

But on Console there are 3 things available in the Store.
> BFV Standard
> BFV Deluxe Edition
> Enlister Offer

First it will say the Enlister Offer isn't available. Because it's just a Addon and you need to have the game first.
Once you pre-ordered Standard or Deluxe (which you payed for) then you can simply click on the Enlister Offer and download it (for free)

This includes the 5 BF1 Weapons then + the BFV Beta early access!

    I'm having the same problem as well and I have found the enlisters offer and I've preordered the game and have the app downloaded on my hard drive but it still says "Battlefield 1 weapons is currently unavailable". At this point EA said that there is nothing they can do about it but I'm just curious if this has happened to anyone else or if anybody knows how to fix it.

    If the game is pre-ordered and the Enlister Offer is downloaded and installed, they should be available. You still have BF1 installed, right?! 😉

    I'm wondering why you mean it says "BF1 Weapons not available".
    Cause if you just go into the BF1 game and check the Weapons, they should be there. If you wouldn't have BFV pre-ordered, they won't show up at all.
    But i never heard about a message would show up that says this.

    I thought the same thing too. I've waited about a week to see if the weapons would show up in the character customization but they haven't. My credit card says the transaction went through and the game says I preordered it. When I went to download the content on the app store it gave me that message. The only reason why I preordered the game so early was for the new weapons so I guess I'll just cancel the preorder and probably just buy it when it comes out.

    I pre-ordered the deluxe edition of Bf5 on ps4, I installed the enlisted offer to get the five weapons however it still dosent give me access to the private beta and when I go to the ps4 store and ick on bf5 enlister offer it says I already own it but again I have no access, Help please

    The beta starts soon, if you have everything installed it may simply be a case of waiting until it opens up. 🙂
